My cousin and his friends road tripped over to Seattle to come visit. Before they left I shot a few photos of them on our balcony. Oh how I miss the summer…
My cousin James is studying Musical Theater, he’s an amazing piano player, and has awesome taste in music 
He and his friend (pictured below) just finished writing their first musical, they are sooo talented!
Yeah, I have the cutest nieces EVER! I just found these that I took just before we left for Seattle. I <3 her!
I made amazing garlic chicken pittas stuffed with caramelized onions, roma tomatoes, romaine, baby cucumbers and hummus. These were pretty easy to cook and they were really good, I will definitely try them again!
I made peanut ginger pork tenderloins with corn and garlic spinach. the pork got a little over cooked but it was still pretty good, the veggies were amazing!
